Managing Director
Mark is responsible for guiding the company and wider management team to ensure we strive towards delivering a first-class customer experience. Additionally, Mark takes a proactive role in managing our international supply chain, to ensure we remain competitive and to seek out innovative products to offer our customers.

Director (Commercial)
Jade is responsible for the financial integrity of the business and is the first point of call for your compliance requirements be it FSC, EUKTR, FR testing, Reach Directive or any other legislative issue you may need help with.

Ben is responsible for the operational management and health and safety requirements of our extensive warehouse and spray facilities.

Director (Customer Service)
Chloe shares responsibility for the day-to-day management of our customer service team and is at the heart of our key account support program. Additionally, Chloe manages the safe delivery of our international procurement requirements to support our customers call off requirements.

Darren is the first point of call to support our customers in the Northern region. From understanding your initial purchasing requirement and producing a pricing proposal and sorting product samples, through to handling your day-to-day order requirements, Darren is on hand to offer a local, face to face contact.

Regional Sales Manager (Midlands & South)
Matt is the first point of call to support our customers in the Midlands and the Southern regions. From understanding your initial purchasing requirement and producing a pricing proposal and product samples, through to handling your day-to-day order requirements, Matt is on hand to offer a local, face to face contact.

Sandra works within our customer service team and is here to help you with your initial sales enquiry, to place an order or to check the progress of your order. Sandra works alongside Darren and Matt, providing that extra touch of customer service and support for our customers. Sandra is also a useful contact for any financial queries you may have and for making payments over the phone.
