Given the positive change in government guidelines, our industry is slowly and surely preparing to open its doors for business once again.

 

Trentside Products have put in place the necessary working practices to ensure it’s staff can work safely during the coronavirus pandemic and engage with is customers and suppliers responsibly.

Trentside Products will be respectfully following all government guidelines to protect our staff whether they are working at our premises or out visiting our customers.

Customer Visits

We would all prefer to meet face to face but for the time being, we appreciate we will have to change the way we keep in touch with yourselves. We have access to all the usual video conference facilities across all platforms to allow us to maintain personal contact. Please discuss your preference with your Sales Manager so we can make the necessary arrangements.

On-site visits

Our Sales Managers are on hand to attend on-site visits at your request, so please advise us of any specific requirements we must adhere to if visiting your premises. They will be fully equipped with the necessary PPE including facemasks, disposable gloves, hand sanitiser, and sanitising wipes. We are here to help.
